YOUR TASKS
Lead or actively participate in complex, innovative projects across building construction, logistics, and various industrial sectors.
Take full ownership of assigned construction projects, leveraging technical expertise to enhance the performance and capabilities of the project team.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design and quality standards, consistently meeting client expectations.
Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients, addressing concerns promptly and keeping projects on track.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while contributing to business development across diverse industries.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external teams, acting as the main point of contact for all project and operational matters.
Conduct thorough technical due diligence to support project planning and execution.
Collaborate effectively across disciplines and locations, fostering a cohesive and high-performing project team.
Your Profile
University degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, property or construction management, or a related field.
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of building permit and occupancy permit processes, as well as construction law requirements under Czech legislation.
Solid technical expertise in all construction-related matters.
Extensive background in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to drive results.
Persuasive, assertive, and collaborative team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
Resilient, with entrepreneurial thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel regularly as required by project needs.
Fluent in Czech and English, working proficiency in German (good to have).
