Next Generation Center

All our trainees and dual students are members of the Next Generation Center. We support them as they familiarize themselves with a wide range of content, offer opportunities for networking, and ensure practical relevance. The trainees and students are primarily taught basic Drees & Sommer know-how and gain insights into our corporate units (Corporate Communication, Human Resources, IT and Finance). They also attend training courses on business etiquette and communication training.
