Are you looking for a role where you can develop your skills while gaining hands-on experience across a diverse range of real estate and construction projects?
As part of our team in Stockholm, you will support the delivery of real estate and construction projects across sectors such as logistics, data centres, hospitality, and commercial developments. Combining project management and Technical Due Diligence (TDD), you will work closely with experienced colleagues, coordinate project activities, contribute to technical assessments, and help create structure and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
This role offers the opportunity to build a broad understanding of the real estate and construction industry while developing both your technical and commercial capabilities. As you grow in the role, you will gradually take on greater responsibility, manage your own workstreams, and become a valued contact for clients and project stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS
- Supporting real estate and construction projects from early planning through successful delivery
- Coordinating technical, commercial and organizational work packages in project management and technical due diligence
- Preparing project documentation, reports, feasibility inputs and decision-making materials for clients and internal project teams
- Tracking schedules, costs, quality requirements, risks and opportunities within your area of responsibility
- Supporting communication with clients, consultants and project partners on selected project topics
- Developing your project management expertise while taking on clearly defined responsibilities in project delivery
Your Profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Initial practical experience in a project-based environment, ideally within construction, real estate, consulting, or technical project management, is an advantage
- Interest in interdisciplinary project work, consulting, and client advisory services
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in Swedish (C1 level or higher) and English, both written and spoken
- Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style, combined with strong communication skills and a willingness to gradually take on increased responsibility
