As a Senior Mechanical Engineer/HVAC Design Expert your tasks will include:

• Building, developing and organising a project team, based on the required work package (estimation of required team members, required specialties, etc.)
• Supervising, guiding and coordinating a project team of EM Engineers/Designers
• Creating, developing and adhering to appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the optimal management and operation of the project team
• Collaborating and interacting with other teams involved in the project (participation in Project- and Coordination meetings, etc.)
• Working directly with the Manager, keeping them updated about the progress of the project
