Senior / Lead Project Manager – Real Estate

Are you a seasoned professional in real estate project management ready to take the lead on complex, high-impact projects? In this role, you will drive excellence from concept to completion, acting as a strategic partner to clients and contractors. You’ll be empowered to make decisions, shape outcomes, and contribute to the growth of our business in the Swedish and Nordic markets. 

This position offers a unique opportunity to not only lead projects independently but also to grow into a trusted sparring partner for our leadership team - providing support on business matters and mentoring/leading team members, where needed.  

• Project Management: Lead and oversee the successful execution of projects across various sectors, ensuring project goals are met with a focus on time, cost, quality, and risk. 
• Project Goals: Meet defined objectives, including schedules, budgets, and quality standards, by working with interdisciplinary teams to implement cost-effective concepts and solutions. 
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a strategic advisor, fostering strong relationships and ensuring transparent, proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to Swedish and Nordic regulations, technical standards, and internal governance frameworks. 
• Business Development: Support in client acquisition and business development activities, including preparation of offers, expansion of key accounts, and negotiation of contracts, if needed.  
• Leadership: Mentor and lead the internal project management team
