As a Cost & Financial Project Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring financial transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across a diverse project portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and cost management.
Financial Control & Reporting
YOUR TASKS
- Monitor and control project and portfolio costs, including forecasts, commitments, and actuals.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting, including variance analysis and rolling forecasts.
- Validate cost estimates and ensure financial integrity across all projects.
- Maintain and further develop financial dashboards, trackers, and standardized reporting tools.
- Provide YTD/YTG forecasts and portfolio‑level financial insights.
- Support investment decisions through ad-hoc financial analyses, business cases, and presentations.
Your Profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Proven professional experience in cost management or financial project controlling.
- Strong knowledge of construction cost calculation and Czech building regulations/standards.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with construction or cost management software.
- Confident and persuasive demeanor with strong interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration skills.
