As an Assistant Project Manager in the real estate and construction industry, you will support our team in Dubai on a wide range of projects along the entire project management cycle. YOUR TASKS
- Support project management in a range of various real estate and construction projects
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
- Contribute to tender preparation, evaluation processes, and contract administration
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Organise project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations
- Worke closely with experienced project managers and provide day-to-day operational support
Your Profile
- A completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management or similar
- First years of professional experience in project management consultancy, real estate, engineering or construction within the UAE market
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and local building regulation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Clear and confident communication skills with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
