Trust-based working hours

A full-time work contract provides for a 40-hour week. Our trust-based working hours policy gives you the opportunity to arrange your working hours flexibly – by agreement with your manager and within the legal framework.

Employee referral program

Your personal network can pay dividends with our employee referral program. If you recommend a contact for a job vacancy at Drees & Sommer and that person is hired as a result of your referral, you will receive a bonus payment as a thank you.

DREES & SOMMER ACADEMY
