- Design management (Projekteringsledelse): Lead and oversee the successful execution of projects across various sectors, ensuring project goals are met with a focus on time, cost, quality, and risk
- Project Goals: Meet defined objectives, including schedules, budgets, and quality standards, by working with design teams to implement cost-effective concepts and solutions
- Client Support: Advise clients on project development and procurement strategies, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle
- Planning and Monitoring: Prepare and maintain detailed time schedules and cost estimates while tracking resources, progress, and milestones
- Contractor Supervision: Oversee contractor activities on-site, ensure compliance with project plans and standards
Your Profile
- A completed degree in Civil Engineering, Property, Structural Engineering, Architectural or similar
- Sound professional experience leading and managing projects in the above mentioned role (preferably +5 years of relevant experience)
- Sound knowledge of ABR18/YBL
- A very good understanding of client relationship management, including the ability to prioritize client needs, maintain professional relationships, and ensure continued engagement post-project completion
- Excellent communication and social skills, both in Danish and English; German is a plus
- Collaboration skills with a confident and persuasive presence
- Experience with Dalux is a plus
