Construction management
We act as the client’s representative, undertaking construction management of complex new construction and conversion projects. We provide all services – from invitation to tender and contract award, site supervision, project controlling and construction logistics through to acceptance and defect-free handover. Innovative tools and agile methods help us ensure flexible control of construction sites. For example, we use LCM® for goal-oriented coordination of planning processes and synchronize the construction process down to the smallest detail and to the day. We also schedule all building, process and plant planning work precisely using the LEAN method. To ensure stable and transparent control of construction, we also use tools including board planning and our web-based production management platform, LCM Digital. This cooperative approach increases productivity and forms the basis for joint project success.
Areas of application
In your site supervision or construction management role, you carry out planning for cost groups 300 to 500. You create a schedule, keep a construction diary and document construction progress photographically. You use databases and digital processes for your work. You coordinate the cooperation of specialist companies involved in the project, inspect and accept construction work, identify any defects and monitor their elimination. In this way, you ensure that the work is completed economically, on schedule, and to a high quality standard. Digital invoice verification, cost statements and cost control are also elements of this service phase. You organize acceptance by authorities and hand the finished construction project over to the customer.
We have a groupwide team for digital project controlling. As an expert, you are responsible for project accounting, cost control and project evaluation. Project controlling includes consulting and support services for the project lead function and site supervision. You also ensure structured project management in the form of reports, site measurements, invoices, etc.
