Our Corporate Units (CUs) – Human Resources and IT – form the backbone of our organization and are the catalyst for Drees & Sommer project success. Thanks to the work undertaken by the Corporate Units, colleagues from the operational units can focus on their core competencies and core business. The CUs thus make sustainable corporate management possible in the first place.

This results in exciting projects undertaken in collaboration with employees in a wide range of areas. Various Drees & Sommer Centers of Expertise also ensure excellent international networking. Our Global Shared Service Center supports this international orientation, resulting in ever-changing and stimulating areas of responsibility and work locations.

I work in the Business Intelligence department and joined as one of the first employees when the Malaga office was established. Since then, I’ve collaborated with exceptional professionals on various projects, including coordinating one of our main initiatives. Innovation is in Drees & Sommer’s DNA. As an innovation manager, my focus is on trend scouting and idea management. The role is to identify and analyze new trends and promote innovative ideas. The development of new ideas – from concept development to implementation – is an important aspect of my work. Each day, our team looks at current market developments and various future scenarios. We also test the latest AI tools.
