Your Responsibilities
- Independently manage consulting projects related to strategy, organization, and processes within the real estate lifecycle
- Develop business, service, operational, and operator concepts tailored to client needs
- Design customized structures for controlling, budgeting, reporting, and benchmarking
- Prepare profitability analyses, financial feasibility studies, and make-or-buy evaluations
- Initiate and establish new ideas, processes, and innovative business models in the real estate sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property owners, and users, while actively supporting business development and acquisition initiatives
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate consulting or a similar role
- Previous experience in a data center project is a must
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and commitment to high-quality standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting abilities with strong client orientation
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel nationally depending on project requirements
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
