Are you ready to take responsibility for the IT processes of the future? YOUR TASKS
- Supporting the centralisation of telecommunications provider management in Europe
- Processing contract terminations and tracking entries in the tracking table
- Ordering and managing connections (e.g. DSL, TDN), including documentation
- Checking and processing invoices for telecommunications service providers
- Contributing to the development of the mobile device roadmap
- Managing SSL certificates and ensuring smooth certificate management
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical training with a focus on IT (or equivalent qualification)
- Initial professional experience in the IT sector, ideally in the management of telecommunications services
- Ideally, initial experience with Onventis or comparable digital purchasing and procurement systems
- Knowledge of mobile device management and certificate management
- A structured and independent approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Fluent German and good English, both spoken and written
