Provide direct support in identifying, evaluating and monitoring candidates, helping to improve the candidate´s experience and the efficiency of the process:
YOUR TASKS
- Publish and update job offers on different portals and internal channels
- Screen CVs and pre-select candidates according to established requirements
- Conduct inital telephone or virtual interviews
- Coordinate interviews with managers and monitor the process with the departments involved
- Manage and update the candidate database
- Support in the preparaton of selecton reports and proposals for improvement
- Contnuous communicaton with candidates to ensure a positve experience throughout the process
- Collaboraton with the team on employer branding initatves related to talent atracton
- Active search for candidates on platorms such as LinkedIn
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree/master in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administraton, Sociology, Labor Relatons, or related fields.
- Eligible for curricular or extracurricular internships.
- C1 English level (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of: Recruitment and selection processes
- Comfortable using: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
