YOUR TASKS
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end responsibility for the support and strategic development of SuccessFactors Succession & Development – including career planning, development, mentoring and talent pools
- Ensuring stable operations as well as the continuous development and strategic expansion of the growth portfolio
- Identifying new technologies and innovative (AI-driven) approaches to optimize talent management processes
- Supporting cross-functional IT projects within Digital Services GmbH
- Gathering and evaluating new requirements and planning their implementation, considering overall processes and system architecture
- Coordinating and managing external service providers
Your Profile
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in leading IT projects, facilitating workshops and designing business processes
- Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in Succession, Development and Employee Central, as well as a holistic understanding of the platform
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English language skills
