Independently perform administrative tasks and computer-based processing of documentation related to their unit/department, following established procedures, to meet the needs of internal clients while optimizing administrative processes.
Main duties include:
Collect, classify, and scan documentation from various departments into the internal application.
Register and update data in the internal application.
Update and maintain records in databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Manage physical and digital filing systems, ensuring organization and accessibility of documentation.
Assist in preparing administrative documents such as forms, lists, or simple reports.
Comply with internal procedures and confidentiality rules in all assigned tasks.
Prepare follow-up reports on the implementation and maintenance of the application in each subcontract.
Your Profile
Requirements
High level of English (C1).
Education:
Vocational Training (FP) – Medium Level in Administration and Management.
Vocational Training (FP) – Higher Level in Administration and Management.
Equivalent training will also be considered.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in similar roles.
Additional requirement:
This position is on-site only; remote work is not allowed. The candidate must attend the construction site regularly.
