For a major semiconductor construction project in Belgium, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support our on-site project leadership team. Working closely with the Lead Construction Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient project coordination, communication, and administration throughout the project lifecycle.
YOUR TASKS
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the on-site project management team
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions and decisions
- Support project controls activities, including invoice reviews and variation order pre-checks
- Maintain project databases, documentation, and reporting systems
- Prepare presentations, status reports, and project-related communications
- Act as a key contact person for project coordination and organizational matters between the project team, client, and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in business administration, engineering, or real estate management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as project or team assistant, preferably in construction or engineering projects
- Confident use of MS Office and digital project platforms, ideally with experience in project or document management tools
- Excellent English skills and enjoyment in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including international contacts, Dutch and French skills are a plus
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Belgium as part of an international project team
