For a major semiconductor project in Belgium, we are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead site execution activities with a focus on Plumbing and Fire Protection systems. Working as part of an international project team, you will ensure safe, high-quality, and timely installation of critical building services systems throughout the construction phase.

YOUR TASKS
- Lead and coordinate on-site construction activities for Plumbing and Fire Protection systems throughout project execution
- Manage contractors and monitor installation progress, quality, productivity, and compliance with project requirements
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules
- Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, electrical, architectural, structural, and process disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
- Review construction methodologies, work packages, testing and commissioning activities, and drive issue resolution on site
- Support project reporting, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication in close collaboration with the client and project leadership team
Your Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
- Proven construction management experience gained on industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, data center, or other large-scale construction projects
- Strong experience overseeing MEP, Plumbing, and Fire Protection installations during construction and commissioning phases
- Sound knowledge of contractor management, construction sequencing, quality assurance, health & safety, and commissioning processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic project environment
- Fluent English; Dutch and/or French would be considered an advantage
