As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing an entire project by defining the budget, supporting team management, sourcing suppliers and planning the project release.

YOUR TASKS

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle: from project acquisition to customer delivery.
  • Oversee the activities of all on-site contractors and obtain the appropriate documentation.
  • Manage deadlines and support the team to ensure that the required timelines are met.
  • Assist in the development of detailed project estimates and plans for all phases of the project.
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve objectives on schedule.
  • Manage daily project activities, resources and team meetings.
  • Provide reports on the progress of project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues through competent communication and leadership.

Your Profile

  • Degree in engineering, architecture or similar.
  • Two or more years of experience in Project & Construction Management or similar occupations.
  • Experience in Data Center is MANDATORY.
  • Experience in managing and constructing Data Center projects (required).
  • Experience and understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and related technology.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, results orientation, problem solving and interpersonal skills derived from previous work situations.
  • Fluent knowledge (spoken and written) of Spanish and English; German will be considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
  • Possession of a B driving licence and willingness to drive.
