As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for managing technical due diligence and ensuring the correct execution and delivery of the requested service.
YOUR TASKS
- You will liaise with clients and carry out site visits where necessary.
- Support in the implementation of technical due diligence, feasibility studies and project monitoring.
- Verification of project compliance with current Spanish/EU regulations and standards.
- Support in performing the tasks necessary for the day-to-day management of the project.
- Management of costs, timelines and quality in all matters relating to planning, design, building permits, construction and delivery of works.
- Responsibility for the correct filing of documentation.
Your Profile
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, facility management or similar
- 2-3 years of work experience in the real estate sector
- Strong consulting and analytical skills
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: project monitoring, feasibility studies, tenant/user management
- Cooperative spirit and ability to work in a team.
- Fluent knowledge (spoken and written) of Spanish and English; German will be considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
